Genetics Interest Group Questionnaire

The Genetic Interest Group are seeking views from families affected by rare disorders as to whether they prefer a multidisciplinary approach to care with a clinician who has specific expertise. 

GIG's overall aim in  this project is to gather sufficient data to support a funding bid to pilot this approach, so if you can find time to complete the short GIG questionnaire, please do.
